From Drawing to Delivered Part
Here's exactly what happens after you send us a sketch.
Every custom job goes through the same eight steps on our floor, from your first drawing to a certified part on a truck. Here’s what each one involves.

You send us a drawing
A sketch, a redlined P&ID, a full spec, or just a description over the phone, whatever you have is enough to start.

Our engineers review the design
We turn your drawing into a design that can be built, confirmed to hold up to your process conditions and BPE compliance requirements.

We select and certify the material
316L stainless, Alloy 22, Alloy 276, or AL6XN, matched to your requirements. Your traceability paperwork starts here.
04
We form the part
Tube bending up to 2 inches, tee porting and manifolds shaped to your dimensions up to 6 inches.
05
We weld it
Orbital, semi-automatic, or hand welded, 1/8 inch to 12 inch diameter, logged as it’s completed.

We machine it
Manual and CNC lathes and mills, tolerances held to as tight as plus or minus .001 inch.
07
We finish the surface
Mechanical polish to 5Ra, abrasive flow finishing, electropolish, and passivate, verified before it leaves the floor.

We certify it and ship it
We certify it and ship it
COCs and MTRs go out with the part, shipped nationwide and internationally, ready for your validation team.
